Recommended use
Start with one capsule per day (16mg CBD) and gradually increase to a maximum of 3 capsules per day if necessary.
It is generally safe to take the capsules on an empty stomach. However, if you have a sensitive gut, it is recommended to eat something before taking the capsules.
If you take 3 capsules per day, a pack of 60 capsules will last approximately three weeks.
