Magnesium Capsules

Our magnesium capsules contain a unique source of magnesium: Aquamin® seawater concentrate , derived from red algae (Lithothamnium calcareum). This red algae thrives in the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean and provides the natural ionized magnesium in our product .

Each bottle contains 120 vegan capsules , which provides a four-month supply when used as recommended. Each capsule provides 600mg of seawater concentrate, with 210mg of magnesium and all >75 naturally occurring minerals and trace elements in the correct ratios and in an easily absorbable ionic form. Our magnesium capsules are free from preservatives, artificial flavours and colours. The naturally occurring minerals are ionised, making them easily absorbable . Magnesium plays a role in generating energy and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
