Shake gently before use. This 10% CBD oil is very suitable for sublingual absorption. To do this, place the desired dose under your tongue. Leave the oil in your mouth for about 60 seconds to absorb the CBD through the mucous membranes and then swallow. The recommended daily dose to start with is 1 drop three times a day. A detailed dosage description including tables can be found here . Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 70 mg CBD (17 drops of CBD oil 10%).

It indicates that the oil contains 1000 mg of CBD in a 10 ml bottle. The percentage indicates the proportion of CBD, the active ingredient, relative to the total volume of the oil. 'Full spectrum' CBD oil contains all of the naturally occurring compounds found in the hemp plant.
