Shake gently before use. This 15% CBD oil is very suitable for sublingual absorption. To do this, place the desired dose under your tongue. Leave the oil in your mouth for about 60 seconds to absorb the CBD through the mucous membranes and then swallow. The recommended daily dose to start with is 1 drop three times a day. A detailed dosage description including tables can be found here. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 70 mg CBD (11 drops of CBD oil 15%).
