Shake gently before use. This 20% CBD oil is very suitable for sublingual absorption. To do this, place the desired dose under your tongue. Leave the oil in your mouth for about 60 seconds to absorb the CBD through the mucous membranes and then swallow. The recommended daily dose to start with is 1 drop three times a day.
